Marina Johnston
Lunchtime Play Leader
Marina is an RN with many years of experience working in public health helping families to build healthy skills and resilience. She has a Master's in Counselling from the University of Toronto and is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Anxiety Management, Attachment Therapy and Trauma Therapy. As a certified EFT Practitioner and Transformational Coach, Marina specializes in helping people learn new ways to manage their emotions. Marina has a private practice in the Town of Hudson.

Marina believes being a parent is the most important role we can play in life. Our children are shaped by who we are and how we show up in our daily life.

As a mother herself, Marina has experienced the powerful strength of community connections to support parenting in today's world. You will find Marina playing with the Hudson Forest Play children during the lunch hour.
