Summer is dedicated to brining a feeling of joy for children. With thoughtful preparation, care and patience, Summer enjoys engaging with children's interests, ideas, and play!  Summer travelled throughout Asia since the age of 4 which has cultivated a curiosity for meeting people from different cultures, discovering new places, and a strong sense for adventure. Her favourite game to play as a child was 'house' and being a mom with many 'children'. Her gentle care and love for children came to life at the age of 11, when she started babysitting expat children in South Korea. 

Summer is now 18 years old and completing her first year at John Abbott CEGEP. She will attend the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton this fall with her cousin Ava. Certification with Child Care First Aid & CPR and a Babysitting Certificate demonstrates her dedication and desire to learn and care for children. Summer’s interests include cross-country running, trumpet playing, crocheting and cooking. You just might run into Summer at Hudson's local Sauvé's where she also works part-time.

As an original part of Hudson Forest Play; Summer designed our logo, helped organize community events, engaged in forest training, and babysat some of the children in her spare time. Summer is excited for the opportunity to join our Summer Program in 2025!
