Chelsey thrives outdoors and with children. Chelsey has had experience working with children since she was a youth herself. Her playful spirit and fearless attitude brought fun, games and adventure to every interaction. 

Chelsey lived and developed her outdoor skills and passion since childhood where she lived out in the country with her parents. Being the oldest of seven, Chelsey grew passionate about child-led play and naturally leading the way outdoors. She has 11+ years of experience in daycares and various roles in the school system.

Chelsey is also a fabulous mom of two who truly believes that strong connections with nature play an important role in everyone's lives.
